PRIVACY POLICY<\/b><\/p>

Effective date: 1<\/span>st<\/span> October 2025<\/span><\/p>

1) Overview<\/b><\/p>

1.1 <\/span>Welcome to our Privacy Policy.<\/b> This Policy explains how <\/span>Scoreper<\/span><\/i> (\u201c<\/span>App<\/b>\u201d or \u201c<\/span>Service<\/b>\u201d) collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal data when you install and use our mobile application. We care about privacy and have designed the App with <\/span>data minimisation<\/b>, <\/span>clear user controls<\/b>, and <\/span>no advertising trackers<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>

1.2 <\/span>Who should read this.<\/b> All users of the App, including parents\/guardians supervising minors, should review this Policy carefully. If anything is unclear, contact us at <\/span>support@scoreper.com<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>

1.3 <\/span>Legal framework.<\/b> We process personal data in accordance with <\/span>Regulation (EU) 2016\/679<\/b> (the <\/span>GDPR<\/b>) and applicable <\/span>Finnish<\/b> data-protection law. Certain rights and obligations referenced here arise directly from those laws.<\/span><\/p>

1.4 <\/span>Relationship to our Terms.<\/b> This Policy is incorporated by reference into our <\/span>Terms & Conditions<\/b>. Capitalised terms used but not defined here have the meanings given in the Terms.<\/span><\/p>

1.5 <\/span>Changes.<\/b> We may update this Policy to reflect legal, technical, or operational changes. We will provide <\/span>in-App notice<\/b> of material changes and indicate the effective date above. If you do not agree to an update, you should discontinue use and uninstall the App.<\/span><\/p>

2) The Controller & How to Contact Us<\/b><\/p>

2.1 <\/span>Controller.<\/b> The controller responsible for your personal data is <\/span>Scoreper<\/b>, <\/span>[registered address, country]<\/b> (\u201c<\/span>Developer<\/b>,\u201d \u201c<\/span>we<\/b>,\u201d \u201c<\/span>us<\/b>,\u201d \u201c<\/span>our<\/b>\u201d).<\/span><\/p>

2.2 <\/span>Privacy contact.<\/b> For all privacy matters\u2014including access\/erasure requests\u2014email <\/span>support@scoreper.com<\/b> We may request reasonable information to verify identity before we act.<\/span><\/p>

2.3 <\/span>Data Protection Officer \/ Representative.<\/b> We have <\/span>not appointed a DPO<\/b>. If this changes, we will update this section. Where we rely on processors located outside the EEA, we implement appropriate safeguards (see later \u201cInternational Transfers\u201d).<\/span><\/p>

3) What This Policy Covers (Scope & Applicability)<\/b><\/p>

3.1 <\/span>App-only scope.<\/b> This Policy applies to your use of the <\/span>Scoreper mobile app<\/b> on <\/span>iOS and Android<\/b>. We do <\/span>not<\/b> operate a public website or forum for the App, and we do <\/span>not<\/b> run an ad network.<\/span><\/p>

3.2 <\/span>No direct billing.<\/b> Purchases are handled <\/span>exclusively<\/b> by the <\/span>Apple App Store<\/b> and <\/span>Google Play<\/b> (each, a \u201c<\/span>Store<\/b>\u201d). We receive <\/span>entitlement status<\/b> from the Stores; we do <\/span>not<\/b> receive your card or bank details.<\/span><\/p>

3.3 <\/span>Third-party features.<\/b> The App integrates <\/span>Supabase<\/b> (backend hosting\/authentication) and <\/span>Apple\/Google Maps<\/b> (mapping\/location). Their terms and privacy notices apply when those features are used; we describe how data flows in the \u201cSharing & Recipients\u201d section of the full policy.<\/span><\/p>

4) How to Read This Policy & Your Controls<\/b><\/p>

4.1 <\/span>Plain meaning; legal effect.<\/b> \u201cPersonal data\u201d means information that identifies, or could reasonably identify, a natural person. \u201cProcessing\u201d means any operation on personal data (collecting, storing, using, disclosing, etc.).<\/span><\/p>

4.2 <\/span>Your controls.<\/b> You can <\/span>grant or withdraw<\/b> OS-level permissions (e.g., <\/span>Location<\/b>, <\/span>Motion\/Activity<\/b>, <\/span>Photos<\/b>) at any time in your device settings. The App also provides in-App toggles where relevant. Disabling a permission may limit related features.<\/span><\/p>

4.3 <\/span>Consent vs. contract.<\/b> Some processing is necessary to <\/span>perform our contract<\/b> with you (e.g., account, scores, subscription entitlements). Other processing is <\/span>optional<\/b> and based on your <\/span>consent<\/b> (e.g., location, photos, activity metrics). You may <\/span>withdraw consent<\/b> at any time (without affecting prior lawful processing).<\/span><\/p>

4.4 <\/span>Children and guardians.<\/b> Where required by law, users under the <\/span>digital age of consent<\/b> (13\u201316, depending on country) may use the App <\/span>only with verifiable parental\/guardian consent<\/b>. Guardians manage permissions and can exercise rights on the child\u2019s behalf.<\/span><\/p>

5) Categories of Personal Data We Process<\/b><\/p>

Depending on your use and settings, we process the following:<\/span><\/p>

5.1 <\/span>Account & Profile.<\/b> Username, email address; <\/span>optional<\/b> profile image; App preferences (e.g., language, notifications).<\/span><\/p>

5.2 <\/span>Gameplay & Statistics.<\/b> Hole-by-hole scores, round information (e.g., course selected), computed statistics and aggregates generated by the App.<\/span><\/p>

5.3 <\/span>User-Generated Content (UGC).<\/b> Photos you upload (<\/span>subject to manual moderation<\/b> before visibility to others), ratings, and other voluntary content.<\/span><\/p>

5.4 <\/span>Location Data (optional).<\/b> Device location (if you grant permission) to enable map-related features such as course proximity, hole mapping, or path estimates. We do <\/span>not<\/b> publicly broadcast your live location.<\/span><\/p>

5.5 <\/span>Activity \/ \u201cHealth\u201d Metrics (optional).<\/b> Estimated <\/span>steps<\/b>, <\/span>distance travelled<\/b>, <\/span>elevation<\/b> derived from device sensors\/OS frameworks. These are <\/span>not medical<\/b> readings and are used solely to power App features (see Section 8).<\/span><\/p>

5.6 <\/span>Technical & Device Data.<\/b> Device model, OS version, App version, IP address at time of connection, crash\/diagnostic logs, performance telemetry\u2014used for reliability, security, and support.<\/span><\/p>

5.7 <\/span>Store Entitlements.<\/b> Subscription status and renewal window received from the Stores to grant premium access. We do <\/span>not<\/b> receive full payment-method data.<\/span><\/p>

We do not<\/b> collect government IDs, precise biometric identifiers, or advertising identifiers for targeted ads.<\/span><\/p>

6) Sources of Personal Data<\/b><\/p>

6.1 <\/span>You.<\/b> Information you submit directly (account details, scores, photos, ratings, settings).<\/span><\/p>

6.2 <\/span>Your device\/OS.<\/b> Location and motion\/activity data <\/span>only if you enable permissions<\/b>; you can disable them in OS settings at any time.<\/span><\/p>

6.3 <\/span>Stores.<\/b> We receive subscription\/entitlement metadata from the <\/span>Apple App Store<\/b> or <\/span>Google Play<\/b> to determine access to premium features.<\/span><\/p>

6.4 <\/span>App operations.<\/b> Technical logs and diagnostics created by your use of the App to maintain performance and security.<\/span><\/p>

6.5 <\/span>What we don\u2019t do.<\/b> We <\/span>do not<\/b> obtain data from data brokers or ad tech intermediaries.<\/span><\/p>

7) Why We Use Data (Purposes) & Our Legal Bases (GDPR)<\/b><\/p>

We process personal data <\/span>only<\/b> where we have a lawful basis and for specific purposes:<\/span><\/p>

7.1 <\/span>Provide the Service & core features<\/b> (create\/manage accounts; authenticate via Supabase; record scores; compute statistics; verify entitlements).<\/span><\/p>

  • Legal basis:<\/b> Contract<\/b> (GDPR <\/span>Art. 6(1)(b)<\/b>).<\/span><\/li><\/ul>

    7.2 <\/span>Operate optional features<\/b> (Location; Photos; Activity\/\u201cHealth\u201d metrics).<\/span><\/p>

    • Legal basis:<\/b> Consent<\/b> (GDPR <\/span>Art. 6(1)(a)<\/b>); for activity\/\u201chealth\u201d metrics that could qualify as special category, <\/span>explicit consent<\/b> (GDPR <\/span>Art. 9(2)(a)<\/b>).<\/span><\/li><\/ul>

      7.3 <\/span>Safety, moderation, and integrity<\/b> (manual review of photos; prevention of abuse or unlawful content).<\/span><\/p>

      • Legal basis:<\/b> Legitimate interests<\/b> (GDPR <\/span>Art. 6(1)(f)<\/b>) in maintaining a safe and trustworthy service; balanced against user rights via targeted, proportionate review.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>

        7.4 <\/span>Security & reliability<\/b> (protect accounts; detect anomalies; diagnose crashes; prevent fraud\/entitlement tampering).<\/span><\/p>

        • Legal basis:<\/b> Legitimate interests<\/b> (Art. 6(1)(f)) and, where applicable, <\/span>Legal obligation<\/b> (Art. 6(1)(c)).<\/span><\/li><\/ul>

          7.5 <\/span>Legal compliance<\/b> (responding to lawful requests; meeting regulatory duties; honoring data-subject rights).<\/span><\/p>

          • Legal basis:<\/b> Legal obligation<\/b> (Art. 6(1)(c)).<\/span><\/li><\/ul>

            7.6 <\/span>Service improvement<\/b> (non-identifying diagnostics; performance tuning).<\/span><\/p>

            • Legal basis:<\/b> Legitimate interests<\/b> (Art. 6(1)(f)), using minimal data necessary and, where feasible, aggregation\/anonymisation.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>

              No advertising:<\/b> we do <\/span>not<\/b> process data for targeted advertising or sell personal data.<\/span><\/p>

              8) Special Category Data \u2014 Activity\/\u201cHealth\u201d Metrics<\/b><\/p>

              8.1 <\/span>What this covers.<\/b> \u201cActivity\/health metrics\u201d in the App are <\/span>step counts, distance travelled, and elevation estimates<\/b> derived from your device\u2019s sensors\/OS frameworks. These are used to enhance your gameplay statistics and experience.<\/span><\/p>

              8.2 <\/span>Why we\u2019re cautious.<\/b> Although these metrics are <\/span>not medical data<\/b> and are estimates, they may, in some contexts, be considered \u201cspecial category data.\u201d We therefore process them <\/span>only with your explicit consent<\/b> (GDPR <\/span>Art. 9(2)(a)<\/b>).<\/span><\/p>

              8.3 <\/span>Granting\/withdrawing consent.<\/b> You grant consent by enabling the relevant <\/span>OS permissions<\/b> and any <\/span>in-App toggle<\/b> presented. You can <\/span>withdraw<\/b> consent at any time by disabling the permission in OS settings (and the in-App toggle, if shown). Feature functionality may be reduced if consent is withdrawn.<\/span><\/p>

              8.4 <\/span>No secondary use.<\/b> We do <\/span>not<\/b> use activity\/health metrics for medical, insurance, employment, or advertising purposes, and we do <\/span>not<\/b> share them with third parties for such purposes.<\/span><\/p>

              9) Children & Young Users<\/b><\/p>

              9.1 <\/span>All-ages app with safeguards.<\/b> The App is suitable for a broad age range. However, under EU law, users below the <\/span>digital age of consent<\/b> (13\u201316, depending on country) may use the App <\/span>only with verifiable parental\/guardian consent<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>

              9.2 <\/span>Role of guardians.<\/b> The guardian must (i) accept our Terms and this Policy on the minor\u2019s behalf; (ii) supervise the minor\u2019s use; (iii) manage OS permissions and in-App settings (e.g., location, photos); and (iv) exercise data rights for the minor where appropriate.<\/span><\/p>

              9.3 <\/span>Verification.<\/b> We may, where required, take reasonable steps to verify age and\/or guardian consent. Accounts may be restricted, suspended, or removed if we cannot confirm required consent or if age is misrepresented.<\/span><\/p>

              9.4 <\/span>Rights on behalf of minors.<\/b> Guardians may exercise the minor\u2019s data-subject rights (access, erasure, etc.) via <\/span>support@scoreper.com<\/b>. We may request reasonable information to verify authority.<\/span><\/p>

              10) User-Generated Content (UGC) & Moderation<\/b><\/p>

              10.1 <\/span>What you can submit.<\/b> You may submit photos, ratings, and other content. <\/span>All photos are manually reviewed<\/b> before they can be viewed by other users to help keep the App safe and appropriate.<\/span><\/p>

              10.2 <\/span>Your responsibility.<\/b> You must have the rights to any content you submit. Do not upload unlawful, infringing, invasive, or inappropriate content. If your photos include identifiable individuals, you are responsible for ensuring you have a lawful basis (e.g., consent where required) to capture and share those images.<\/span><\/p>

              10.3 <\/span>How we process UGC.<\/b> We process UGC to <\/span>provide the Service<\/b> (contract), to <\/span>moderate and keep the App safe<\/b> (legitimate interests), and\u2014where the UGC includes optional elements such as photos\u2014based on your <\/span>consent<\/b>. We retain UGC consistent with our retention practices (described in the full policy), and remove or restrict UGC that breaches our rules.<\/span><\/p>

              10.4 <\/span>Visibility & sharing.<\/b> UGC is visible within the App consistent with your actions (e.g., posting a photo). We do <\/span>not<\/b> publish your UGC on public websites. If you delete UGC, visibility ceases subject to reasonable technical latency and backup retention.<\/span><\/p>

              10.5 <\/span>Reports & takedowns.<\/b> You can report content via available in-App mechanisms or <\/span>support@scoreper.com<\/b>. We may preserve and disclose UGC where required by law or necessary to protect users, the public, or our rights.<\/span><\/p>

              11) Location Data\u00a0<\/b><\/p>

              11.1 <\/span>Optional Feature.<\/b> The App may request permission to access your device\u2019s <\/span>Location<\/b> to enable features such as course proximity, hole mapping, and path estimates. You control this in your <\/span>OS settings<\/b> and can change it at any time.<\/span><\/p>

              11.2 <\/span>Modes & Precision.<\/b> Depending on your OS and device, you may be able to grant <\/span>approximate<\/b> or <\/span>precise<\/b> location and allow access <\/span>while using<\/b> the App (recommended) or <\/span>always<\/b> (not required). If you choose <\/span>not<\/b> to grant location, certain features will be limited or unavailable.<\/span><\/p>

              11.3 <\/span>How We Use Location.<\/b> When enabled, location is used <\/span>only<\/b> to deliver in-App features you engage (e.g., showing nearby courses, calculating distances). We do <\/span>not<\/b> broadcast your live location publicly, track you across other apps, or use location for advertising.<\/span><\/p>

              11.4 <\/span>Storage & Retention.<\/b> Location readings are generally processed in real time to power the requested feature. Where location is stored (e.g., linked to a specific round), it is retained together with your gameplay data and follows the <\/span>retention rules<\/b> in Section 15.<\/span><\/p>

              11.5 <\/span>Sharing.<\/b> We do <\/span>not<\/b> share your location data with advertisers. Location may be processed by <\/span>Apple\/Google Maps<\/b> solely to provide map tiles\/geocoding when you use mapping features (see Section 13).<\/span><\/p>

              11.6 <\/span>Your Controls.<\/b> You can revoke location permission in your device settings at any time. Doing so will stop location collection going forward but does not automatically delete location already linked to saved rounds\u2014use in-App deletion tools or submit a request (Section 18).<\/span><\/p>

              12) Subscriptions, App Stores & Payments<\/b><\/p>

              12.1 <\/span>Independent Billing Controllers.<\/b> Apple App Store<\/b> and <\/span>Google Play<\/b> handle all purchases, renewals, and refunds. We receive <\/span>entitlement metadata<\/b> (e.g., whether a subscription is active) and do <\/span>not<\/b> receive your full payment method details.<\/span><\/p>

              12.2 <\/span>What We Receive.<\/b> From the Store we receive: subscription status, product tier, renewal window, and related identifiers needed to validate access to premium features. This is processed on the basis of <\/span>contract<\/b> (Art. 6(1)(b)).<\/span><\/p>

              12.3 <\/span>Refunds & Disputes.<\/b> Refunds and billing disputes are handled by the <\/span>Store<\/b> under its policies. We will reasonably cooperate with the Store if it requests information to resolve a dispute.<\/span><\/p>

              12.4 <\/span>Your Choices.<\/b> Manage, change, or cancel your subscription in your <\/span>Store account settings<\/b>. If you cancel, access to premium features continues until the current paid term ends.<\/span><\/p>

              13) Sharing & Recipients (Who Sees Your Data)<\/b><\/p>

              13.1 <\/span>Processors (acting on our behalf).<\/b><\/p>

              • Supabase<\/b> \u2013 managed hosting, database, and <\/span>authentication<\/b> services required to operate the App.<\/span><\/li>
              • Operational vendors (if any)<\/b> \u2013 strictly necessary providers (e.g., crash\/performance telemetry, email delivery for support) engaged under <\/span>data-processing agreements<\/b> with confidentiality and security obligations.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>

                13.2 <\/span>Independent Controllers.<\/b><\/p>

                • Apple App Store \/ Google Play<\/b> \u2013 purchase processing and subscription entitlements.<\/span><\/li>
                • Apple\/Google Maps<\/b> \u2013 mapping functions you invoke in the App (map tiles, geocoding, routing). Using these features means your device communicates with those providers under their <\/span>own<\/b> terms and privacy policies.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>

                  13.3 <\/span>Legal Disclosures.<\/b> We may disclose limited data where we believe it is necessary to: (i) comply with <\/span>lawful requests<\/b>, court orders, or legal process; (ii) enforce our Terms; (iii) protect our rights, property, users, or the public.<\/span><\/p>

                  13.4 <\/span>No Sale \/ No Targeted Ads.<\/b> We do <\/span>not<\/b> sell personal data or share it for <\/span>targeted advertising<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>

                  13.5 <\/span>Anonymised\/Aggregated Data.<\/b> We may create and use <\/span>anonymised or aggregated<\/b> statistics (e.g., non-identifying gameplay metrics). Such data is not personal data and may be retained or shared for service improvement.<\/span><\/p>

                  14) International Transfers (EEA to Third Countries)<\/b><\/p>

                  14.1 <\/span>Where Processing Occurs.<\/b> Our primary operations target <\/span>Finland\/EEA<\/b>. Some providers may process data in other countries. When personal data is transferred <\/span>outside the EEA<\/b>, we implement appropriate safeguards.<\/span><\/p>

                  14.2 <\/span>Safeguards Used.<\/b> We rely on one or more of the following:<\/span><\/p>

                  • Adequacy decisions<\/b> by the European Commission; and\/or<\/span><\/li>
                  • Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs)<\/b> with supplementary measures where required.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>

                    14.3 <\/span>How to Obtain Information.<\/b> You may request further information on transfer mechanisms (and, where feasible, a copy or summary of SCCs) via <\/span>support@scoreper.com<\/b> We may redact commercially sensitive terms.<\/span><\/p>

                    15) Retention (How Long We Keep Data)<\/b><\/p>

                    15.1 <\/span>Principle.<\/b> We keep personal data <\/span>only as long as necessary<\/b> for the purposes described, to comply with legal obligations, or to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims. Afterwards, we delete or <\/span>anonymise<\/b> it.<\/span><\/p>

                    15.2 <\/span>Indicative Retention Matrix.<\/b><\/p>

                    • Account & Profile (username, email, profile image):<\/b> For the life of the account; deleted upon account deletion (subject to brief backup latency).<\/span><\/li>
                    • Gameplay & Statistics (scores, rounds, aggregates):<\/b> For the life of the account or until you delete specific items; <\/span>anonymised aggregates<\/b> may be retained.<\/span><\/li>
                    • Photos (UGC):<\/b> Visible until you delete; rejected\/removed photos may remain briefly in moderation logs\/backups (typically <\/span>30\u201390 days<\/b>).<\/span><\/li>
                    • Location linked to rounds:<\/b> Retained with the associated round; deleted when the round is deleted or upon account deletion.<\/span><\/li>
                    • Activity\/\u201cHealth\u201d metrics:<\/b> Retained only as needed to provide the feature; deleted with the associated round\/account or upon revocation where feasible.<\/span><\/li>
                    • Technical & Crash Logs:<\/b> Short, necessity-based periods (typically up to <\/span>90 days<\/b>) unless needed to investigate issues or comply with law.<\/span><\/li>
                    • Store Entitlement Records:<\/b> While subscription is active and for a limited period after expiry (e.g., <\/span>up to 180 days<\/b>) to resolve billing queries\/fraud.<\/span><\/li>
                    • Legal Holds:<\/b> Where required by law or to protect rights, we may retain specific data beyond the normal schedule.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>

                      15.3 <\/span>Backups.<\/b> Backups are overwritten on rolling cycles; deletion from backups occurs automatically within the cycle (typically <\/span>30\u201390 days<\/b>).<\/span><\/p>

                      16) Security (How We Protect Data)<\/b><\/p>

                      16.1 <\/span>Measures.<\/b> We apply administrative, technical, and organisational measures appropriate to risk, including: <\/span>encryption in transit<\/b>, hardened hosting via <\/span>Supabase<\/b>, access controls with least-privilege, audit logging for sensitive operations, regular patching, and incident response procedures.<\/span><\/p>

                      16.2 <\/span>Your Responsibilities.<\/b> Keep your device OS and the App updated, use a screen lock, safeguard your credentials, and review your OS permissions. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact <\/span>support@scoreper.com<\/b> immediately.<\/span><\/p>

                      16.3 <\/span>Third-Party Security.<\/b> We vet processors for appropriate security and require contractual commitments (confidentiality, security, sub-processor controls, and assistance with data-subject rights and breach obligations).<\/span><\/p>

                      17) Your Choices & Controls<\/b><\/p>

                      17.1 <\/span>Permissions.<\/b> Manage <\/span>Location<\/b>, <\/span>Motion\/Activity<\/b>, <\/span>Photos<\/b>, and <\/span>Notifications<\/b> in your device settings. Disabling a permission may limit related features.<\/span><\/p>

                      17.2 <\/span>Profile & Content.<\/b> Update or delete your profile image and UGC in-App where available. You can delete individual rounds\/scores and associated location\/activity data where those controls exist.<\/span><\/p>

                      17.3 <\/span>Consent Withdrawal.<\/b> You may withdraw consent (e.g., for location or activity metrics) at any time via OS settings and any in-App toggle presented. Withdrawal does not affect the <\/span>lawfulness<\/b> of prior processing.<\/span><\/p>

                      17.4 <\/span>Account Deletion.<\/b> You may request account deletion in-App (where available) or via <\/span>support@scoreper.com<\/b>. We will guide you through verification and deletion steps (see Section 15 for retention\/backup notes).<\/span><\/p>

                      18) Your Rights (GDPR)<\/b><\/p>

                      Subject to conditions and exemptions under the GDPR, you have the following rights:<\/span><\/p>

                      18.1 <\/span>Access.<\/b> Obtain confirmation whether we process your personal data and receive a copy.<\/span><\/p>

                      18.2 <\/span>Rectification.<\/b> Correct inaccurate or incomplete personal data.<\/span><\/p>

                      18.3 <\/span>Erasure.<\/b> Request deletion where, for example, data is no longer necessary, consent is withdrawn, or processing is unlawful (subject to legal holds and legitimate interests).<\/span><\/p>

                      18.4 <\/span>Restriction.<\/b> Request restriction of processing in certain cases (e.g., contested accuracy, legal claims).<\/span><\/p>

We do <\/span>not<\/b> use advertising SDKs.<\/span><\/p>

                      21.3 <\/span>Ad Identifiers & Targeting.<\/b> We do <\/span>not<\/b> collect or use advertising identifiers for targeted advertising, and we do <\/span>not<\/b> sell or share data for cross-context behavioural advertising.<\/span><\/p>

                      21.4 <\/span>Global Privacy Control \/ Do Not Track.<\/b> These browser signals are not applicable in the native App context.<\/span><\/p>

                      22) Disclosures for Legal Requests<\/b><\/p>

                      22.1 <\/span>Principles.<\/b> We evaluate legal requests on a case-by-case basis, applying principles of legality, necessity, and proportionality. We will only disclose what is strictly required.<\/span><\/p>
